Job Title: Channel Sales Support Coordinator

Job Purpose

To provide operational, administrative, and coordination support to the Channel Sales team, ensuring smooth management of channel partners, sales processes, order execution, and sales workforce coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Partner Support

  • Coordinate with channel partners for quotations, orders, deliveries, and documentation.
  • Maintain regular communication with distributors, dealers, and channel partners.
  • Support channel partner onboarding and registration processes.
  • Assist in resolving partner queries and escalations.

Sales Operations Support

  • Track sales opportunities, quotations, and order status.
  • Coordinate with internal teams such as Finance, Logistics, Service, and Commercial Operations.
  • Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and performance trackers.
  • Maintain accurate sales and partner databases in CRM systems.

Order Management

  • Process customer and partner orders accurately and timely.
  • Monitor order fulfillment and delivery schedules.
  • Coordinate with supply chain teams to ensure smooth order execution.
  • Follow up on pending orders and documentation.

Temporary Sales Staff Coordination

  • Coordinate onboarding of temporary sales employees across regions.
  • Support induction, training schedules, and compliance documentation.
  • Maintain records of employee joining, training, attendance, and exits.
  • Liaise with staffing agencies and HR teams for manpower requirements.

Management Reporting

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly business reports.
  • Track sales targets, achievements, and channel partner performance.
  • Support management reviews and business planning meetings.
  • Generate presentations and MIS reports as required.

Administrative Support

  • Schedule meetings and coordinate reviews with regional teams.
  • Maintain records of contracts, agreements, and business documents.
  • Support event planning, partner meetings, and sales conferences.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Channel Management Support, or Sales Operations.
  • Experience in healthcare, medical devices, diagnostics, or related industries is preferred.

Key Skills

  • Strong coordination and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams and channel partners.
