Apply now for the position of Procurement Specialist and you will be supporting the entire procurement process for business operations in Singapore.

Your role:

• You will be involved in the direct procurement process for project-related requirements, with some oversight of indirect procurement activities across the business.
• You will support sourcing activities including RFQs, quotation review, and supplier selection.
• You will coordinate with suppliers on pricing, scope, delivery, and monitoring of performance.
• You will work closely with internal stakeholders including Sales, Project Management, Service Team and Management to support project execution and tenders.
• You will ensure Supply Chain Management Framework and Corporate Procurement Governance are abided to.
• You will contribute to financial impact by identifying and implementing productivity measures.
• You will analyze and report KPIs to country management and Global Headquarters.

Your Expertise:

• You hold a bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
• You have 3 years of relevant experience in procurement or sourcing.
• You have exposure to healthcare, or construction-related procurement is an added advantage.
• Your proficiency in MS Office tools and exposure to SAP are preferred.

Your personality and skills:

• You possess strong organizational and coordination skills.
• You possess good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• You possess basic commercial awareness and negotiation exposure.
• You are detail-oriented with good documentation practices.
• You can work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.
