Role Overview

We are looking for a senior leader to own and drive global operations for Smart Remote Services (SRS). This role is responsible for ensuring operational stability, service excellence, and cost efficiency across platforms while enabling transition to next-generation solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Global Operations

              • Own 24×7 operations of SRS NG, SRS Classic (partial), SRS Nucleus, and RaaS

              • Ensure uptime, performance, and SLA adherence

              • Act as the single point of accountability for operational risks and escalations

2. Platform Transition & Lifecycle Management

              • Manage SRS NG in maintenance mode

              • Oversee controlled operations of SRS Classic

              • Build and scale SRS Nucleus as the future platform

              • Ensure smooth coexistence and transition across platforms

3. DevOps & Infrastructure

              • Lead DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and reliability engineering

              • Ensure robust cloud and on-prem infrastructure operations

              • Drive efficiency through automation and standardization

4. Security, Compliance & Quality

              • Ensure adherence to cybersecurity, regulatory, and data privacy standards

              • Maintain audit readiness and QMS compliance

              • Proactively manage operational risks

5. Financial & Business Operations

              • Own cost management (FinOps), vendor performance, and licensing

              • Drive cost optimization and transparency

              • Ensure strong operational governance

6. Stakeholder Management

              • Represent operations in global and DC leadership forums

              • Collaborate with Customer Services, R&D, IT, Quality, and partners

              • Provide executive-level reporting on service health and risks

7. People Leadership

              • Build and lead a high-performing global operations team

              • Develop future leaders and succession pipelines

              • Foster a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

Experience

              • 15+ years in service/platform/cloud operations

              • Proven leadership of mission-critical, globally deployed systems

              • Experience managing legacy and next-gen platforms in parallel

              • Exposure to) regulated environments (healthcare preferred

Expertise

              • Service Operations & ITIL

              • DevOps, CI/CD, automation

              • Cloud and infrastructure operations

              • Cybersecurity, compliance, QMS

              • FinOps and cost management

Leadership Skills

              • Strategic thinking with strong execution focus

              • Ability to operate in complex, global, matrixed environments

              • Strong stakeholder influence and communication skills

              • Customer- and quality-driven mindset
