Instructor (f/m/d) for Technical Training in the field of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI)

Then come and join our global team as Instructor (f/m/d) for Technical Training in the field of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) to train Customer Service Engineers (CSEs) and customers in the technical handling of our MRI Systems.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- In your role as Instructor (f/m/d) for Technical Training you will study and deliver educational content for technical training on magnetic resonance systems
- You will deliver courses to an international audience and continuously improve both the materials and teaching methods within your area of responsibility
- You will focus on delivering both Interactive Broadcast trainings as well as in-person training classes. Additionally you will work on developing new online training formats and other training formats (broadcast and on-site)
- You will adopt a flexible approach and develop your knowledge further, as appropriate, to conduct technical courses in the field of Magnetic Resonance Tomography to enable you to deliver a wide range of different courses offered within the Siemens Healthineers current and future technical training portfolio
- You will support the global and regional technical training delivery goals defined in the Customer Service value stream strategy

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have a master's degree in electrical engineering, medical technology or a comparable field
- You have several years of professional experience in dealing with MRI and have experience in the field of service, troubleshooting and maintenance of MRI systems
- Alternatively, you have completed a vocational training and further education in the field of electrical engineering, medical technology and have many years of professional experience
- You have profound knowledge of how systems are managed within the clinical environment (Radiology)
- You already have experience in creating and giving technical presentations and with the latest digital aids such as cameras, tablets and virtual meetings tools
- You have the ability and experience to analyze and correct complex technical problems in medical systems
Your attributes and skills:
- You are fluent in English to conduct professional trainings. Intercultural experience could also be an advantage
- You can explain complex electrical/electronic functions and concepts in regular classroom training, videos and other communications media
- You are highly motivated and make no compromise on quality: You arrange trainings that are engaging for the participants, integrating real examples from the field and you respond in a professional manner to their questions
- You are a team player with high interpersonal skills, work in a results-oriented manner and have a strong customer focus
