Your Role:
As a MRI Applications Specialist Provides training, application support, and optimization of system usage for customers.
Your Responsibilities:
• Advises customers on improving clinical processes and workflows.
• Configures systems and supports the implementation of new practices and methods.
Application Support
• Diagnoses and resolves application issues in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Handles tickets, escalations, and customer complaints within the required timelines.
Sales Support
• Contributes to the sales process by providing field expertise regarding customer needs and application-related challenges.
• Participates in product demonstrations and the preparation of clinical cases (conferences, trade shows, etc.).
Ensures knowledge transfer and shares field feedback and best practices
Your Profile:
- Biomedical Engineering degree or Medical Imaging Technologist background.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in MRI operation and clinical practice.
- Strong IT and computer skills.
- Fluent in French and English.
