Take the next step in your career and lead an experienced field service team dedicated to delivering excellence in medical imaging. As Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in enhancing customer satisfaction, driving service quality, and supporting the professional growth of your team.
Based in the Lower North Island, you will lead and support a team of 12 engineers operating across the southern region.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to meet customer commitments.
- Take ownership of service escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Present and discuss system uptime reports with customers.
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to business growth.
About you:
- Experience in a service-focused environment with strong customer support.
- Proven leadership of technical teams will be prioritised
- Drivers licence
- Ability to coach, mentor, and engage people at all experience levels.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritise
- Flexibility to travel as required, with full New Zealand working rights.
