The role is responsible for facilitating, educating, and promoting Customer Relationship Management (CRM) initiatives and projects across the Siemens Healthineers organization. This position plays a key role in driving continuous improvement of sales operations, enhancing market transparency, and supporting end‑to‑end CRM solutions.

Your role:

  • Promote CRM adoption and continuous improvement across the organization.
  • Drive structured sales operations improvements and opportunity funnel management with direct and indirect sales teams.
  • Support and optimize global and local CRM tools, applications, and digital solutions across the endtoend CRM ecosystem, including customerfacing applications.
  • Collaborate with IT, external vendors, and sales stakeholders to analyze, resolve, and deliver CRM solutions.
  • Ensure quality, effectiveness, and stakeholder alignment of CRM solutions.
  • Monitor and improve key KPIs: funnel data quality, forecast accuracy, install base quality, asset visibility, win/loss reporting, and market transparency.

Your expertise:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Business Analysis, Data Analysis, or IT Analysis; healthcare industry experience is preferred.
  • Understanding of sales processes, sales planning, and commercial operations.
  • Experience with or exposure to large enterprise CRM platforms (e.g., Oracle Sales Cloud), including Configuration, Pricing, and Quoting (CPQ).
  • Ability to understand business problems, contribute to business case development, and support datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Familiarity with software development concepts and Agile methodologies is an advantage.
  • Experience with change management, including communication planning, execution, and ensuring user adoption of CRM solutions.
  • Strong business communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Highly organized, detailoriented, and motivated by continuous improvement and innovation.
