The Marketing Communications Manager, Lab Solutions APJ drives commercially focused marketing communications and campaign activation across the APJ region.

The role translates global marketing strategies into regionally relevant programs that strengthen brand presence and support business growth across diverse APJ markets. Working closely with product marketing, commercial leaders and country marketing teams, the role shapes the regional Marcom framework while actively leading and executing key marketing initiatives in collaboration with local teams.

The role also supports regional branding, digital presence, and internal communications, ensuring consistent messaging and strong engagement with both external customers and internal stakeholders.

Your Role:

Regional Marketing Communications & Commercial Support
  • Translate global marketing communications strategies into APJ-relevant campaigns and initiatives aligned with regional business priorities.
  • Develop and implement regional Marcom frameworks, campaign structures, and messaging guidance to support consistent activation across APJ markets.
  • Partner with business line marketing leads and commercial teams to translate product positioning into effective regional go-to-market programs.
  • Lead the planning and execution of regional marketing activities supporting product launches, portfolio campaigns, and key strategic initiatives.
  • Define and monitor campaign KPIs and marcom effectiveness metrics to measure impact and guide continuous improvement.
  • Analyze campaign performance and market feedback to optimize marketing initiatives and improve commercial outcomes.

Branding, Digital Presence, Internal and external Communications
  • Contribute to the development and execution of APJ communications and social media strategies, ensuring consistent brand messaging and digital presence across markets.
  • Drive brand development and visibility initiatives that strengthen Siemens Healthineers’ positioning in Diagnostics Lab Solutions across APJ.
  • Be responsible for APJ regional internal communications initiatives, including Townhalls, monthly newsletters, and leadership key messages etc.
  • Serve as the LS APJ Marcom focal point, coordinating closely with global Diagnostics Marcom and APJ marketing teams, ensure alignment and consistency of messaging to strengthen organizational engagement and strategic communication.
Desired outcomes: 
  • A structured and effective regional Marcom process and framework enabling consistent campaign activation across APJ markets.
  • Successful execution of regional marketing campaigns that drive business impact and customer engagement.
  • Stronger brand presence and share of mind among key audiences in the Diagnostics market.
  • Effective internal communications across APJ, strengthening alignment and engagement with leadership messaging.

Qualifications and experience:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in marketing communications, commercial marketing, or branding, ideally within healthcare or life sciences industry.
  • Experience managing regional marketing initiatives in a matrix organization, working through collaboration with country teams.
  • Hands-on experience in campaign development, digital marketing, social media, events & exhibitions, and content creation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively with commercial leaders, product marketing teams, and regional marketing organizations.
  • Ability to translate strategic marketing direction into practical and executable marketing programs across multiple markets.
  • Strong communication, project management, and coordination skills in a dynamic regional environment.
