Success in this role calls for strong project management skills, the ability to confidently shape, recommend, and implement strategies across a variety of teams, and an appetite for hands-on stakeholder engagement and value communications. • Analyze regulatory and policy changes that may impact access to the company’s products.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to regional leadership and commercial teams.

Value Narrative Development

  • Develop strong value propositions and economic narratives demonstrating the clinical and economic benefits of the company’s technologies.
  • Collaborate with clinical and health economics teams to generate evidence supporting market access initiatives.

Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including:
    • Public and private payers
    • Health authorities and policy makers
    • Medical societies and professional associations
    • Health technology assessment (HTA) bodies
  • Represent the company in relevant industry associations and working groups to support favorable policy environments.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Partner closely with commercial teams to support market access strategies that enable product adoption.
  • Collaborate with regulatory, clinical, and HEOR teams to align evidence generation with reimbursement requirements.
  • Provide training and guidance to regional teams on reimbursement processes and market access best practices.

Qualifications/Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, health economics, public health, healthcare management, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, MPH, MSc in Health Economics or similar) preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience in market access, reimbursement, health policy, or payer engagement within the medical device, pharmaceutical, or healthcare industry.
  • Proven experience navigating reimbursement systems in Latin American markets.
