We are looking for a motivated student to join our Corporate Cybersecurity Data Analytics team. You will work closely with our experts and contribute to improving data-driven decision-making in cybersecurity initiatives. You will support projects focused on data collection, analysis, visualization, and reporting. You will have the opportunity to work with real-world cybersecurity data, gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools, and develop your technical and analytical skills in a professional setting.

Your role:

• Assisting with the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards and analytical reports
• Writing and optimizing SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from different sources
• Supporting data cleaning, preparation, and transformation tasks using Python (e.g., Pandas, NumPy)
• Contributing to projects managed via Azure DevOps by updating tasks, managing Git repositories, and documenting work
• Analyzing large datasets to uncover trends, risks, and insights that support cybersecurity goals
• Documenting processes, scripts, and dashboard designs for clarity and future reference

Your knowledge & skills:

• Strong knowledge of SQL and relational database concepts
• Practical experience with Power BI, including DAX formulas and data modeling techniques
• Basic proficiency in Python for data manipulation and scripting (e.g., using Pandas, NumPy)
• Understanding of data warehousing principles and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes
• Familiarity with REST APIs for retrieving and integrating external data sources
• Good analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn and apply new tools, technologies, and best practices
• Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles is nice to have

Your qualifications:

• Enrolled in a Statistics, Mathematics, Informatics or a related Bachelor’s degree program
• Proficient spoken and written English, ideally B2 level or above

Basic salary component (gross) and other remuneration: The offered remuneration is from 8€ gross/hour. Depending on experience + after incorporation possibility to increase.
