Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer with 3–5 years of experience to join our DevOps Tooling team. This team builds and maintains internal (non-product) tools, automation workflows, and orchestration frameworks that improve developer productivity and streamline build, test, and release pipelines.

The ideal candidate should be a strong problem solver with an analytical mindset and a strategic approach to designing scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, and maintain internal tools and automation frameworks using C# and .NET Core
  • Build and enhance YAML-based pipeline orchestration in Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Develop automation solutions such as auto pull request creation, workflow automation, and pipeline enhancements
  • Collaborate with integration and platform teams to improve build and test pipeline efficiency
  • Create reusable tools and frameworks to improve developer productivity
  • Analyze existing processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in CI/CD pipelines and tooling ecosystem
Required Skills
  • Strong programming experience in C# and .NET Core
  • Solid understanding of Azure DevOps (ADO), including pipelines and YAML-based orchestration
  • Good experience with Git/TFS version control systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to think strategically and design scalable solutions
  • Good understanding of CI/CD concepts and DevOps practices
Good to Have
  • Experience with scripting languages (PowerShell, Bash, or Python)
  • Experience building developer productivity tools or internal platforms
  • Familiarity with REST APIs and service integrations
  • Knowledge of build and test automation frameworks
