Then come in and join us as the Licensing Engineer to ensure the quality, compliance, and readiness of Siemens Healthineer's medical devices through comprehensive testing, documentation and regulatory alignment. This role plays a critical part in identifying procedural gaps, strengthening testing frameworks, and transferring knowledge to Customer Support Engineers to enable consistent, high-quality service delivery. The position supports business objectives by ensuring compliance with Indonesian regulatory requirements, including BAPETEN, while contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across service operations.

 
Your Role:
  • You will perform comprehensive performance, quality, and acceptance testing of Siemens Healthineers medical devices.
  • You will evaluate the availability, completeness, and effectiveness of existing testing procedures and quality controls.
  • You will execute quality testing activities to ensure devices meet internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • You will deliver structured knowledge-sharing and training sessions to Customer Support Engineers on the latest testing methodologies and best practices.
  • You will support capability building within the service organization to ensure consistent execution of testing activities.
  • You will communicate and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders (Service, Quality, Project Management) and external parties as required.
  • You will obtain and maintain mandatory certifications such as Uji Kesesuaian, PPR, and PKSR, in alignment with BAPETEN and other applicable regulatory requirements.
  • You will support licensing and compliance activities based on business needs and project timelines.

Your Expertise:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Physics or Physics Engineering.
  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with general X-ray products, fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Basic understanding of medical device testing, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong documentation and process-improvement mindset.
