Apply now for the position of Order-to-Cash Customer Service Specialist (Outsourcing Contract) - 8 months Based in Cairo, Egypt.

Your role:

• Manage Order-to-Cash activities, including order booking, processing, and invoicing

• Handle commercial and accounting topics related to OTC (non-administrative role)

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders across finance, sales, and customers

• Ensure accurate and timely order and invoice processing

• Resolve order and invoice-related issues efficiently

• Join the OTC team starting mid-January

Your expertise:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field

• 1–3 years of experience in Order-to-Cash (OTC) within a corporate environment

• Strong understanding of OTC processes, especially order processing and invoicing

• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or similar) is a plus

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel

• Strong communication, analytical skills, and attention to detail
