Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) to support us in Finance & Business Intelligence.

Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.


Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • You collect, clean, and analyze financial data to support decision-making and identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • You assist in preparing regular financial reports and developing dashboards in tools like Power BI or Excel to visualize business performance
  • You contribute to improving financial processes together with us by identifying inefficiencies and suggesting automation or digitalization opportunities, using available process mining tools
  • You support REG-FI (Regions Finance) team with special projects aiming to improve Operating Working Capital globally (e.g Payment Terms Strategy implementation)

Your qualifications and experience:

  • You are currently studying for a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
  • You are at least for one year available
  • You have advanced knowledge of MS Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • You have experience in financial analysis and usage of tools (e.g. Celonis, Power BI, Qlik), with good understanding of data visualization


Your attributes and skills:

  • You have very good language skills in English, German is a plus
  • You have strong analytical thinking skills and enjoy working with data and digital tools
  • You have excellent communication skills and can translate complex topics into clear messages – both in writing and visually (e.g., PowerPoint)
