This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As an APJ Productivity Performance Controller, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving the productivity cost controlling, OPW and central allocation controlling for APJ including closing, forecasting and budget including monthly forecast calls and commentary for Executive Management
  • Supporting the monthly operational review by owning various reports that contribute directly or indirectly towards the creation of the major financial statements & KPIs (Cash Flow, Assets controlling, GTN, Pricing/Mix/Volume)
  • Preparing executive level reports and financial presentations including the development and maintenance of executive dashboards
  • Ensuring end to end coordination between all stakeholders, including Diagnostics Business Lines and CRM finance
  • Support DX P&L Operational Productivity and Efficiency projects. 
  • Serve as the main contact point for CS Finance especially in CS efficiency projects and transformations costs 
  • Supporting to drive the Finance digitalization & analytics and operational efficiency within the Region by supporting the management and development of dashboards, apps and tools used

  • Strong understanding of IFRS and internal control systems.
  • Demonstrated experience in financial systems/tools, reporting, and forecasting processes.
  • Experience in leading across functions and geographies and time zones
  • Proficiency in digital finance tools and data analytics tools especially embedding AI (SAP Analytics, Cube, Jedox, Anaplan)
  • Analytical, Entrepreneurial and thrive in ambiguity, resourceful and high in problem solving skills. 
  • Ability to distill business processes and results into actionable insights for senior leadership, good presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze and organize with quality in mind
  • Arranging and balancing activities to comply with various tasks and due dates
  • Excellent communication/networking skills, result/quality orientation, and a pro-active attitude
  • Excellent team player

Experience and requirements for success in this role

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Asia Pacific Regional progressive experience in financial planning, controlling, or business partnering roles in MNC.
  • Diagnostics or medical devices or healthcare industry experience is a strong plus
