Apply now for the position of Project & Customer Success Manager for our Digital & Automation (D&A) division, which markets Digital/IT solutions within the medical field (RIS-PACS, Enterprise Imaging, Artificial Intelligence, Digital Pathology, Performance Management solutions).

Your role:

Project Management

  • You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring complex IT projects for both public and private clients.
  • You will organize and coordinate a network of collaboration between IT technical teams, clinical staff, and external vendors, ensuring that implemented solutions align with diagnostic and care processes, including compliance with current regulations (ISO/IEC, GDPR).
  • You will oversee project testing, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • You will guarantee project compliance with current medical regulations (e.g., GDPR, MDR, ISO standards for medical devices), coordinating technical documentation and supporting system validation and certification to ensure safety, reliability, and traceability.

Customer & Success Management

  • You will serve as the key point of contact for clients, providing a first level of technical support as needed.
  • You will technically analyze the provided solution and oversee the integration of proprietary and third-party products.
  • You will be the system manager responsible for meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and coordinating activities with the parent company, local teams, and third-party vendors.
  • You will be responsible for the economic control of the project and for upselling new solutions and renewing existing contracts.

Your expertise:

  • A bachelor’s degree in engineering (Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering) or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management and client management roles, with a strong aptitude for understanding technical and project-related aspects.
  • Proven track record with both public and private clients in the IT & Digital sectors, specifically within the healthcare market.
  • Dynamic, proactive with strong communication and analytical skills.
  • A team player who respects diversity and has a collaborative spirit.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with coaching and leadership abilities.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally across different business units to solve problems and implement changes.
  • Willingness to travel frequently throughout Italy and abroad for training.
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and spoken.
