Apply now for Procurement & Logistics Officer position and play a key role in managing operational procurement tasks such as issuing POs, follow-ups, logistics coordination, and managing vendor payment processes.

Your Role:
 
You are responsible for receiving and processing purchase requisitions from various departments.
You are responsible for preparation and issuing of purchase orders (POs), ensuring all terms and conditions are clearly defined.
You are responsible for coordinating with vendors to track and monitor the status of all local orders to ensure on-time delivery.
You are responsible for resolving any issues with orders, such as quality discrepancies, late deliveries, or damaged goods.
You are responsible for receiving and managing vendor's payment processes.
You are responsible for managing local logistics such as transportation, and related logistics document.

Your Expertise:

You have minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a procurement, purchasing, and logistics.
You have a bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
You have strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
You have pretty good English communication.
You have problem-solving abilities.
You have proficiency in procurement or ERP software (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
You have ability to work independently and as part of a team.
You are enthusiastic and eager to learn.
