Apply now for the position of Customer Service Sales Engineer - Saudization based in Jeddah, KSA and you will prepare service quotations, renewals, and spare part proposals for imaging systems (CT, MRI, X-ray, MI, etc.).



The Customer Service Sales Engineer Imaging provides internal sales and operational support to the Customer Service team, focusing on service contracts, quotations, and distribution coordination for imaging equipment. The role ensures smooth back-office operations that enable field engineers and sales teams to deliver high-quality service to healthcare customers.


Key Responsibilities

•Prepare service quotations, renewals, and spare part proposals for imaging systems (CT, MRI, X-ray, MI, etc.).
•Coordinate with field service engineers to plan and distribute workloads efficiently based on customer priorities.
•Support contract execution, order entry, and service agreement tracking in line with Siemens Healthineers processes.
•Maintain and update installed base data, ensuring accuracy in SAP and CRM systems.
•Liaise with logistics, finance, and operations to ensure timely delivery and invoicing of service-related activities.
•Provide analytical and administrative support for service business reporting and forecasting.
•Ensure compliance with internal policies and contribute to overall customer satisfaction and business efficiency.


Your Expertise:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service or technical support within the medical imaging field.
  • Good technical knowledge of imaging systems and spare parts.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in SAP, CRM, and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent communication in English and Arabic.
  • Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and able to work under pressure.
