Then come and join our Malaysia team as Customer Care Executive, and you will be responsible for managing inbound contact center calls from the hospital's Imaging Department, ensuring patients and hospital staff receive prompt, accurate, and professional assistance. The candidate will also be required to support after-office-hours operations on a rotational shift basis.

Your Role:
  • Handle inbound calls from hospital clients, specifically customers from the Imaging Department, with professionalism and efficiency. 
  • Address customer enquiries, appointment-related queries, and general information requests in a timely and courteous manner. 
  • Accurately log, document, and follow up on customer interactions and escalations using relevant contact centre systems. 
  • Support after-office-hours operations on a rotational shift basis, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required. 
  • Maintain patient confidentiality and always adhere to data privacy requirements. 
  • Collaborate with internal teams and hospital stakeholders to resolve customer concerns and improve service delivery. 
  • Prepare basic reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office applications as required.
Your qualification and experience:
  • 1-2 years’ experience in a contact centre or customer service environment/patient centre. 
  • Familiarity with healthcare or hospital-related services, particularly within imaging or diagnostic settings. 
  • Experience with CRM or ticketing systems or call management platforms, Microsoft Excel & Outlook, Basic reporting, Call logging systems.
