Working Student (f/m/d) Digital Strategy in Project & Operations Management
Mode of Employment: Fixed Term / 15h/Week
Then come and join our global team as Working Student (f/m/d) to support in the field of Digital Strategy in Project / Operations Management, Enterprise Services.
Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You support the design and implementation of new processes by leveraging digital solutions, including Microsoft 365 tools such as Power BI and SharePoint Online
- You contribute to reporting and analytics activities, including the development of Power BI dashboards, data preparation, and KPI tracking
- You actively contribute ideas to enhance data-driven processes, improve reporting workflows, and foster digital innovation across different stakeholders
- You collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to gather requirements and support the translation of business needs into digital solutions
- You support workshops, meetings, and stakeholder coordination, including agenda preparation and follow-up documentation
- You perform testing, troubleshooting issues, and support the rollout of new digital solutions

Your qualifications and experience:
- You are currently enrolled in a business, technical, or IT- related field of study, preferably pursuing a master’s degree or being in an advanced stage of your bachelor’s studies and are available for 15 hours/week (workdays are flexible)
- You have very good analytical or organizational skills and enjoy turning ambiguity into clarity
- You bring basic hands-on experience with the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
- Ideally, you have initial knowledge of Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate. SharePoint and Microsoft Teams, or a strong willingness to familiarize yourself with these tools
Your attributes and skills:
- You are fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
- You can communicate clearly and have strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- You can work independently, manage time effectively and collaborate in an internation team environment
