Working Student Data Analytics & Reporting (f/m/d) Services & Logistics

Location: Vienna (Office) - 20 hrs / week


Join our international Services & Logistics team and help turn data into insights. Working across multiple countries in Eastern Europe and Central Asia, you will support data analytics and reporting activities, transforming complex service and logistics data into meaningful dashboards and visualizations that drive transparency, support decision-making, and improve business performance.


Your Responsibilities:

  • Support data analytics and reporting activities within the Services & Logistics team
  • Analyze and maintain data in SAP and other reporting systems
  • Create and update dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and Snowflake
  • Turn service and logistics data into meaningful visualizations and insights
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Eastern Europe and Central Asia
  • Contribute to improving data quality and reporting transparency

Your Profile: 


  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program, preferably in Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Economics, or a related field
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • First experience with Power BI, SQL, SAP, or similar tools is an advantage
  • Analytical way of thinking and a structured approach to work
  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
  • Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in an international team
  • Very good English skills, both written and spoken; German is an advantage

What else do I need to know?
The gross monthly salary for this position is EUR 1.518,00 based on 20 hours per week.
