As a Project Management Officer you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the Application Manager with quality and compliance tasks
  • Ensuring validation activities meet relevant quality standards
  • Aligning with Quality Managers on validation deliverables
  • Managing validation activities across the application lifecycle
  • Communicating key validation steps and timelines to the application teams
  • Ensuring validation integrity is maintained at all times
  • Driving improvements in tooling and automation for validation
  • Working with the application and deployment teams to ensure releases are on time 

Who are we looking for?

  • Previous experience with PMO or similar role
  • Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle 
  • Knowledge or previous experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum
  • Experiences with Issue & Project Tracking Tools (JIRA, Trello, AzureDevOps…)
  • Advanced English skills (B2) 

In line with applicable pay transparency requirements, the minimum gross monthly base salary for this position is 2500€

In addition, this role includes a variable compensation component, depending on individual and/or company performance.

The final offer will be determined based on qualifications, skills, and experience and may exceed the stated minimum.
