Your Role:

  • You will provide monthly reports to the Head of Engineering.
  • You will oversee support activities for operational service delivery
  • You will be accountable for System Breakdown in your Area, ensuring follow-up and necessary actions are taken to restore the System as quickly as possible, particularly for contract customers.
  • You will deliver specialized analysis and reports to customers for specific cases, as well as presentations related to technical issues.
  • You will enhance team capabilities in you Area (training, tools, team reporting, and other aspects related to Engineering tasks).
  • You will approve claims for the team in your Area.
  • You will contribute to and execute service guidelines.
  • You will allocate resources, assign tasks, and monitor and review the quality of assigned work tasks.
  • You will be accountable as the individual responsible for coordinating and ensuring the successful installation of new systems within his designated area.
  • You will assist the Business Support team during customer meetings and identifying sales opportunities.
  • You will oversee customer satisfaction in your area by utilizing the OSAT score.
  • You will manage the team satisfaction index.


Your Expertise:

  • You hold a Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or Electromedical Engineering, accompanied by over 8 years of experience as a Field Service Engineer.
  • You demonstrate willingness to Lead and Develop the team.
  • You have at least 8 years’ experience as a Field Service Engineer.
  • You have deep professional know-how and experience in one or more Sub Job Family in service function.
  • You are good at reporting and conducting analysis.
  • You are proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Indonesia.
