Your tasks and responsibilities:
Warehouse logistics
- Oversee warehouse operations across logistics service provider and internally operated locations, covering reagents, consumables, and instruments inventory.
- Act as the primary interface between the business and the logistics service provider, owning priorities and ensuring operational continuity.
- Coordinate and monitor operational activities (inbound, outbound, inventory, claims, reverse logistics, scheduling) cycles and processes.
- Manage and monitor the logistics service provider interface, ensuring quick issue resolution (interface errors, IDoc failures, integration issues, and posting discrepancies) as needed.
- Track and enforce SLA compliance and operational performance, escalating deviations as required.
- Manage, resolve, and escalate operational incidents across activities, interface, and processes in a timely and proper manner.
Inventory management
- Maintain accurate inventory records across systems, covering RCO and instruments inventory.
- Monitor stock levels, identifying slow-moving, obsolete, and excess inventory.
- Perform and reconcile cycle counts and stock takes across locations.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Manage batch and lot traceability where applicable.
- Monitor back-orders and stock availability.
- Maintain proper documentation for stock movements and adjustments.
- Manually capture Bill of Entries (BOEs) in Microsoft Excel as required.
Reporting
- Analyze, benchmark and track performance indicators (i.e. cycle time, on-time delivery, stock accuracy…) against agreed KPIs.
- Analyze trends in stock accuracy, write-offs, and variances and report findings to stakeholders.
- Prepare regular operational and inventory indicators and reports for stakeholders as required.
Propose and follow up on related improvement measures
Compliance and improvement
- Identify and implement process improvements and optimization initiatives within the area.
- Engage and align internal and external stakeholders to ensure adherence to supply chain processes, guidelines, and tools.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and audit requirements.
- Take ownership of local improvement projects and support digitalization and transformation initiatives.
Your qualifications and experience:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or experience managing logistics service providers.
- Experience in inventory management, reporting, warehouse operations, and logistics coordination.
- Experience in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharma) is advantageous.

· Experience working with external logistics service providers and operational performance monitoring.
