Then come and join our global team as a Customer Service Operator

Your tasks and responsibilities:

  • Receiving service requests by phone and email and registering them in the SAP program - service module
  • Generating work orders (service orders) and scheduling work tasks with service engineers (dispatch) and customers (appointment)
  • Keeping the database up to date with the IVK installed volume, ensuring the synchronization of information with SAP - service module.
  • Customer information about UI/SI. UI/SI logistics preparation
  • Permanent collaboration with the Sales, Technical and Commercial Departments within the Siemens Healthineers.
  • Reception of installation protocols, data entry into the SAP database - service module and IVK
  • Generating EPS reports and sending them to clients

Your qualifications and experience:
  • Higher education completed or in the process of completion
  • English knowledge – Advanced
  • SAP knowledge represents an advantage
  • Organizational capacity
  • Excel – Advanced
  • Good communication skills.
