Apply now for the position of Technical Implementation Engineer and play a key role in delivering digital project implementations for healthcare customers, focusing on Siemens Healthineers Digital & Automation solutions.
You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including clinicians, IT teams, and third-party vendors to ensure successful delivery and strong clinical and technical outcomes.
Your role:
- End-to-end technical delivery of project implementations, ensuring alignment with agreed workflows, architecture, and infrastructure across the D&A portfolio
- Support project planning, including technical design and work breakdown structures
- Assess system architecture, manage scope, and maintain up-to-date documentation
- Identify and manage technical risks, issues, and change controls
- Maintain accurate technical documentation and lead solution handover to customers and service teams
- Provide application support (remote/on-site) and assist with issue resolution and ticketing
- Monitor customer systems to identify opportunities for optimisation and engagement
- Gather customer feedback and coordinate internal teams to address needs
- Act as a trusted advisor, ensuring customer success and clear stakeholder communication
- Ensure compliance with EH&S standards and stay updated on product developments
- Work with HQ on staying up to date with new product releases and functionality
About you:
- Degree qualified in Engineering, IT, Medical Imaging, Medical Radiation, or a related field
- Experience installing Syngo Carbon and eHealth solutions within the Siemens Healthineers portfolio is highly desirable
- Strong expertise in Digital & Automation and Healthcare IT
- In-depth knowledge of radiology reporting workflows, RIS/PACS systems, and vendor neutral archives
- Solid experience with RedHat, Windows Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and networking
- Experience with system integrations using HL7, FHIR, DICOM, and web APIs
- Advanced understanding of imaging modalities and DICOM conformance across multiple vendors is advantageous
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams, deliver clinical training, and align technical solutions with clinical workflows
- Proven expertise in fostering multidisciplinary collaboration, delivering comprehensive clinical training, and integrating clinical workflows with technical solutions
- Available to participate in occasional after-hours support as required
