  • To apply your inquisitive and collaborative approach to ensure our customers and their patients benefit from the full range of technology, services and value-add support we offer
  • To work with sales and operational colleagues to shape long-term value partnerships that combine our technology and value-add services with customer strategic objectives.

Your Expertise:

  • Experience providing expert consulting and/ or operational leadership to drive productivity and design and implement strategic change.
  • Experience using data insights to identify, design, implement and measure improvement.
  • A well-developed transformation toolkit, including meaningful staff engagement to co-design solutions and improve service delivery where Radiology plays a key role.
  • Clinical programme design and improvement experience, ideally in stroke, oncology, cardio-vascular or neuro-degenerative.
  • Healthcare management, consultancy or clinical experience within an NHS acute trust and/or private provider.
  • Professional management qualification (e.g. Agile, Prince2, MSP).
  • Experience leading teams to deliver high quality outputs and outcomes.
