We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Student Assistant to join our Learning & Development team. This part-time role provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the administration and coordination of technical and soft-skill trainings for employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end training administration (tracking requests, registrations, attendance, and feedback).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of trainings and participants.
- Assist with scheduling and logistical coordination of trainings.
- Work with Excel on an intermediate level and maintain training trackers and reports.
- Maintain SharePoint lists ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Maintain the training offer list including materials and links.
- Communicate with external training providers and internal stakeholders.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Required Education - 2nd or 3rd year University student
- Intermediate Excel skills (Filtering, Pivot diagrams, …)
- Organizational skills, attention to detail and reliability
- Interest in process optimization and ability to work independently
- Native Slovak language speaker (C2) and Advanced English language skills (B2)
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience with Copilot or automation tools
- Willingness to learn SharePoint and MS365 tools
- Administrative or coordination experience
Basic salary component (gross) and other remuneration: The offered remuneration is from 6€ gross / hour. Depending on experience + after incorporation possibility to increase. What do we offer:
