Apply now for the position of Clinical Education Specialist in Angiography clinical imaging systems reporting to our Modality Team Leader.

Your role:

• Deliver high quality end-user training to customers as on the assigned diagnostic imaging via an hybrid approach, onsite or virtual.
• Passionately represent Siemens Healthineers in front of the customer aiming to achieve outstanding customer experience and exceptional customer satisfaction delivering handover and follow-up training.
• Support and assist customers to optimize the performance of the equipment in their clinical and operational setting.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Demonstrate the value of our products and services during pre-sales and post-sales activities in collaboration with our sales and marketing departments including trades and congresses.
• Collaborate with commercial department to develop our customers’ needs.
• Develop our education services portfolio in collaboration with the team.  
• Track, monitor and develop customer education’s needs expanding and localizing education content.
• Comply with reporting and good documentation practice.

Your expertise:

• Education: BSc in radiology, diagnostic imaging and radiotherapy techniques.
• Expert knowledge in radiology: imaging principles, physical principles, technological principles.
• Proven experience as a radiographer, clinical trainer, or application specialist in the usage of angiography systems in Interventional Radiology, Surgery, Cardiology.
• Preferred candidates possess proven track record with Siemens Healthineers equipment.
• Willingness to travel in the Italian territory up to 80%.
• Exceptional communication skills together with presenter/trainer skills also in virtual/remote set up.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
