Apply now for the position of Customer Partnership Manager (Scotland), and you will play a critical role in managing and expanding the Siemens Healthineers Diagnostics business within our existing Managed Pathology Service (MPS) customer base. Acting as the primary commercial and relationship lead for assigned MPS accounts, the role ensures successful revenue and profit delivery while driving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and long term partnership value.
Your Role:
- Manage and develop Diagnostics business performance across assigned MPS customer accounts.
- Ensure delivery of revenue and profit commitments in line with contractual agreements.
- Lead effective contract management to meet all contractual and service delivery requirements.
- Drive customer satisfaction by coordinating Siemens Healthineers internal teams to meet customer expectations.
- Lead initiatives and contract development to expand the portfolio footprint within assigned accounts.
- Negotiate change controls, including Siemens and third party portfolio additions, ensuring appropriate handling fee structures.
- Identify and execute growth opportunities to increase overall contract value.
- Strengthen customer relationships to support contract extensions and maximise account retention during future procurement cycles.
Your Expertise:
- Strong ability to manage complex customer relationships and drive long term partnership success.
- Experience in contract management, commercial discussions, and negotiation.
- Capability to identify growth opportunities and deliver on revenue and profitability targets.
- Understanding of Diagnostics, laboratory workflows, or Managed Pathology Services (desirable).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proven ability to influence internal and external stakeholders to achieve aligned outcomes.
- Customer centric approach with a strong focus on service delivery and satisfaction.
