Apply now for the position of Sales Territory Manager for Central & North-East Italy (Friuli Venezia Giulia, Marche and Abruzzo) for the organization Diagnostics Commercial Laboratory Solutions and you will be responsible for transforming company strategy into local excellence—from defining goals to monitoring market execution—ensuring our diagnostic solutions reach those who need them most.
Your role:
- You will translate corporate strategy into local action by defining organizational structures, product priorities, and target customer segments within your territory.
- You will establish clear sales targets for both direct (Account Executives) and indirect channels (Distributors, Resellers, and Sales Agencies).
- You will leverage CRM analytics and KPIs to drive sales growth and P&L profitability, strategically reallocating resources toward the highest potential opportunities.
- You will lead regular Funnel Reviews to maintain accurate forecasting and total market visibility across your region.
- You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Marketing, Finance, Service, and Order Entry—to deliver an exceptional and seamless Customer Experience.
- You will optimize resource distribution in alignment with your territory plan and strategic priorities.
- You will oversee the continuous due diligence process for all indirect partners to ensure operational integrity.
- You will drive the execution of the Installed Base upgrade program to maximize lifecycle value and customer loyalty.
- You will manage your assigned budget (Cost Center) with a focus on efficiency and resource optimization.
- You will evaluate the performance and suitability of all external indirect resources.
- You will uphold the highest standards of compliance, ensuring all operations align with company regulations and legal requirements.
Your expertise:
- : university degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or a related scientific field.
- : highly dynamic professional with strong personal initiative and the ability to achieve results with minimal supervision.
- : proven team-player with a strong sense of belonging and a collaborative approach to shared objectives.
- : resilient "Hunter" attitude with a consistent track record of sales target achievement and business development.
- : deeply respectful of diversity and fully committed to corporate compliance standards.
- : excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver high-impact presentations.
- : fluency in English and Italian (both written and spoken) is essential.
