Job Purpose

Drive sustainable revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong customer partnerships for the Diagnostics Imaging and Advance Therapy portfolio within the assigned territory, while upholding Siemens Healthineers’ values, compliance, and customer-centric culture.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Growth

Achieve annual targets for order intake, revenue, and profitability.

Identify and convert opportunities across private & corporate  hospitals, diagnostic centres through value-based selling.

Account Management

Build trusted relationships with hospital leadership, clinicians, and procurement teams.

Own strategic accounts and manage long sales cycles, tenders, and negotiations.

Deal Execution

Lead techno-commercial discussions with cross-functional teams.

Ensure accurate forecasting, funnel management & CRM discipline.

Collaboration & Delivery

Partner with Service, Applications, Finance, Projects and Supply Chain to ensure smooth execution, installations, and reference development.

Market & Compliance

Track market trends and competitor activity.

Ensure strict adherence to compliance, ethics, and governance standards.

KPIs

Order intake, revenue, and forecast accuracy

Funnel health and market share growth

Customer satisfaction and compliance adherence

Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Biomedical/Management or related field

5–10 years’ experience in capital equipment sales, preferably medical imaging

Strong exposure to hospital buying processes.
