Ensures the implementation of the sales strategy, guidelines and targets in selling segments of Siemens Healthineer's portfolio to customers by combining and leveraging specialized product know how, in order to increase sales and to achieve defined commercial targets.
Act as the modality expert, sales enabler, and strategic partner to the regional sales teams, KOLs, and channel partners.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Biomedical, Electronics; MBA preferred.
7–10+ years of experience in Diagnostic Imaging in sales, applications, or product management.
Strong clinical understanding of technologies and workflows.
Experience in handling capital equipment deals, tenders, and key accounts.
Proven success in sales leadership and modality management roles.

Areas of Responsibility:
Ensures the implementation of Sales guidelines and supports target fulfillment for the assigned sales organization.  
Develops and propose marketing budgets and growth forecasts, aligned with the sales strategy of the unit(s). 
Own the regional funnel: lead generation, funnel qualification, forecasting accuracy, and deal progression. 
Manages completion of budgets and supports opportunity development reporting. 
Cooperates with Marketing, Product Management and Project Management in matters of strategic and tactical product and 
service positioning. 
Support sales teams through deal strategy, value selling, tender support, competition handling, and pricing.
Train and certify frontline sales teams and channel partners on product positioning, clinical value, and competition.
Support strategic key customers' business development & is responsible for KOL management.
