Join us as a Maintenance Engineer, based in Meldola (Italy) and help us shape the future of precision theranostics while advancing patient care.
Your responsibility will be to ensure reliability, safety, and compliance of equipment and facilities used in the production and handling of radiopharmaceuticals. The role involves performing preventive and corrective maintenance, supporting qualification activities, and contributing to continuous improvement in a GMP-regulated environment.
Your role:
- Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, HVAC systems, cleanrooms, and radiation shielding devices.
- Support equipment qualification, calibration, and validation activities in collaboration with QA and production teams.
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with GMP and regulatory standards.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and propose solutions to minimize downtime.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized interventions.
- Participate in audits and inspections, providing technical support and documentation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives related to equipment reliability and process efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with radiation safety procedures and environmental health standards.
Your expertise:
We are seeking innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following:
Education [Minimum/Preferred]:
- Technical diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering; specialization in pharmaceutical or nuclear technologies is a plus.
Languages:
- Local language and proficient in English, both written and spoken.
Experience:
- Minimum 3 years in maintenance roles within GMP-regulated environments; experience in radiopharmaceuticals or nuclear medicine is highly desirable.
