Apply now for the position of MRI Product Manager based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and you will be responsible for driving business growth by providing expert-level knowledge of MRI This role involves developing business strategies, managing market intelligence, and collaborating with sales teams to achieve market penetration and revenue targets. The MR Imaging Product Manager acts as a bridge between technical product capabilities and business opportunities, focusing on long-term strategic goals and customer engagement.

Your role:

• Business Strategy & Growth:
o Develop and implement business plans that align with corporate strategy and market demands for imaging products.
o Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive dynamics to identify business opportunities.
o Drive business growth by ensuring the right positioning and promotion of Siemens’ imaging solutions in the market.

• Market Analysis & Forecasting:
o Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer segmentation to define opportunities for growth.
o Develop sales forecasts, business cases, and financial models to support decision-making and business planning.
o Provide market insights to internal stakeholders, helping to guide product development, marketing, and sales strategies.

• Sales Support & Collaboration:
o Work closely with the sales team, providing expert advice and supporting them in customer engagements.
o Lead the development of tailored value propositions and business models for key clients.
o Collaborate with the sales team in defining account strategies, including targeting, pricing, and contract negotiations.

• Customer & Stakeholder Engagement:
o Build and maintain relationships with key customers, stakeholders, and decision-makers in healthcare organizations.
o Participate in key account management activities, ensuring that the business needs of major clients are met with the right product solutions.
o Serve as the point of contact for high-level discussions related to business models, investment returns, and healthcare economics.

Cross-functional Leadership:
o Act as a key liaison between sales, marketing, product management, and service teams to ensure that business goals are met.
o Lead initiatives to improve overall customer satisfaction, focusing on value-based solutions for imaging products.
o Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure that the local business strategy is aligned with corporate goals.

• Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
o Track and report on business performance metrics, including sales volume, market share, and profitability.
o Regularly review and adjust business plans based on performance data and market changes.
o Provide senior management with insights and recommendations for further growth and efficiency.

Your expertise:
o Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
o Minimum of 7+ years of experience in business management, sales, or a similar role in the medical imaging field.
o Proven experience with business planning and market analysis, ideally within imaging or healthcare technology sectors.
o Strong understanding of imaging technologies, healthcare economics, and customer needs in the healthcare sector.
o Good level of MR technology, clinical outcome and market knowledge
o Exceptional business acumen with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate technical capabilities into business opportunities.
o Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to influence stakeholders.
o Proficiency in financial modeling, market analysis, and business forecasting.
o Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-oriented approach.
o Strong leadership skills and the ability to work effectively across teams and geographies.
o Saudi Nationals are preferrable.
