Apply now for the position of Instrument Logistic Professional and you will manage the end-to-end logistics process for analytical systems—from ordering and returns to financial handling, documentation, and process optimization—while ensuring smooth collaboration across stakeholders and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

You will be responsible for:

Instrument Ordering and Return

  • Coordinating and executing orders and returns for analytical systems and accessories in SAP
  • Organizing transportation and monitoring delivery and return dates with our logistics provider
  • Managing the disposition of used analytical systems for refurbishment or reprocessing
  • Overseeing the proper disposal of used analytical systems

Stakeholder Communication

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal departments

Financial Management

  • Ensuring timely invoicing of analytical systems and accessories
  • Creating credit notes and debit notes
  • Monitoring financial transactions and handling related complaints

Documentation and Reporting

  • Creating and maintaining logistics documentation
  • Preparing reports and analysis for management

Process Optimization

  • Identifying and implementing improvements in logistics processes
  • Collaborating with interface teams to integrate and optimize the supply chain

Training and Support

  • Training new employees in logistics processes
  • Supporting the team with logistical challenges and technical questions

Project Work

  • Participating in and contributing to logistics-related projects

Your expertise:

  • You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting.
  • Practical experience with order management and logistics min. 3 years
  • You demonstrate a high level of initiative, reliability, and teamwork.
  • You have developed skills in the evaluation and analysis of data.
  • Practical experience with SAP.
  • Fluent English and German language skills.
  • Good in Excel and other MS office programs.

  • You need to be ready to be part of a big team with good communication skills.
  • You take responsibility for and ownership of country instrument install base.
  • You to be open to learning and developing yourself.
  • You to support the business and interact with business partners and customers.

Basic wage component (gross) and other rewards: starting from 1900 EUR brutto /month + VAR*
