Then come and join our Thailand team as a Marketing & Communications Intern to provide quality support to the Marketing, Sales & Communications Department in Siemens Healthcare. You will be responsible for a variety of tasks. These are including business transparency research, updating the company intranet page, preparing for local site visits, and assisting with various marketing activities and documentation processes.

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• nternet Search for Business Transparency.
• You will conduct detailed online research on best practices and strategies for business transparency.
• You will gather information on how other companies ensure and communicate their transparency efforts.
• You will compile and present research findings to the marketing team to support transparency initiatives.
• You will update Company Intranet Page.
• You regularly update and maintain the company intranet page with the latest news, announcements, and marketing materials.
• You ensure the intranet content is accurate, engaging, and reflective of the company's brand and values.
• You collaborate with various departments to gather relevant content and information for the intranet.
• You will manage company social media.
• You will set up, execute and monitor on company social media platform.
• You will support administrative tasks.
• You will provide general administrative support to the marketing team as needed.
• You will help manage marketing calendars and schedules, ensuring all deadlines are met.

Your qualifications and experience:

• You are currently studying or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• You are proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• You have experience with content management systems or intranet platforms is a plus.
• You are excellent organizational and time management skills.
• You are strong written and verbal communication skills.
• You can work independently and as part of a team.
• You are detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks.
