Apply now for the position of Project Controlling Trainee (Nordic and Baltic countries).

This is a hybrid, part-time role based in Vilnius, collaborating with our cross-border team across 7 countries in the Nordic and Baltic region. The position is expected to last for 1 year, with a possibility of continuity in the company.

You will work 20 hours per week, with a flexible schedule to accommodate your studies. We offer an hourly rate of 9,50 - 13,00 € gross, depending on your progress in studies and relevant experience.

What you will do:

As a Project Controlling Trainee, you will become part of our cross-border team, collaborating with colleagues from 7 countries across the Nordic and Baltic region. You will play a key role in supporting our daily operations in Lithuania and help onboard a new business line into our medical imaging business.

Key responsibilities:
  • Support the review and follow-up of commercial terms and conditions.
  • Assist in maintaining customer contracts in SAP and Bridge, in close alignment with the Project Manager.
  • Help with purchasing transactions and follow up on project deliveries.
  • Follow up on order cost controlling and active cost management.
  • Execute customer invoicing and follow up.
  • Support revenue accounting, according to the Contract Manager.

You will gain hands-on experience in project controlling, order management, and commercial processes, while building your network in an international environment.

What you bring:
  • You are currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in finance, business administration or a related field.
  • You’re passionate about order management, logistics or project controlling.
  • You have a good understanding of IT systems and are eager to learn tools like SAP, MS Office and Power suite.
  • You enjoy working with people and can collaborate proactively across functions and borders.
  • You are structured, quality-oriented, and self-driven, with a focus on team results.
  • You are fluent in Lithuanian and English.
