Then come and join our global team as Consent and Preference Management Platform – Service/Product Owner (m/f/d). 

Your tasks and responsibilities:

• Own and manage the Consent and Preference Management Platform based on SAP Customer Data Cloud (SAP CDC). 
• Drive change management initiatives, including roll-outs to additional countries and applications, working closely with Business and Data Privacy stakeholders. 
• Coordinate end-to-end implementation activities, including test management, user acceptance testing, and go-live planning. 
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog while ensuring alignment across global cross-functional teams. 
• Lead service management activities, including Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
• Manage and coordinate external vendors and service providers supporting the platform. 
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, information security requirements, and data privacy regulations. 
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and support continuous improvement of customer-facing marketing platforms. 

Your qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Several years of experience working with Consent and Preference Management solutions. 
• Hands-on experience with SAP Customer Data Cloud (SAP CDC) or a comparable platform. 
• Solid experience delivering IT projects using Agile methodologies and structured project management approaches. 
• Experience collaborating with international stakeholders and global cross-functional teams. 
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. 
• Independent working style combined with a collaborative and customer-oriented mindset. 

Your technical skills:

• Strong understanding of Consent and Preference Management platforms and related business processes. 
• Knowledge of API concepts and tools such as Postman. 
• Understanding of IT Service Management and ITIL governance principles. 
• Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps and ServiceNow. 
• Good understanding of Data Privacy principles and compliance requirements. 
• Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and software development concepts is an advantage. 
• Knowledge of marketing technology platforms, cloud environments (Azure, AWS), or related solutions is considered a plus.
