Position Title:  Japan Enterprise Architect

Department:  Information Technology Division, Enterprise Applications Group

Reporting Line:  Enterprise Applications Group Manager



Purpose:
This position drives related activities towards achieving the team mission below, particularly from the perspective of solving issues collaborating with business users and utilizing technology.

Team Vision:
Lead transformation and growth of Healthineers Japan's business and IT departments as technology orchestrator.

Team Mission:
-Responsible for Business Applications, Data eco system, and overarching Enterprise Architecture aligning with Business stakeholders and global IT.
-Bring Local applications to Global process and platform and create optimized Local Application and its eco system to support business operation and revenue generation.

Role Description:
・Lead all design and deploy of Data Ecosystem aligning with IT (in/outside of Japan) and business stakeholders.
・Ensure data architecture decisions are consistent across the enterprise.
・Manage the progress to business stakeholders, Head of IT and Enterprise Applications Group Manager.
・Build a company-wide data governance operation collaborating with business stakeholders. 
・Lead and implement data integration, provision, management demand, and operation with the support of global and region data team. 
・Be responsible for the secure design of architecture and solutions based on guidelines and regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • IT Data Architect designs, deploys and manages Data Ecosystem aligning with IT (in/outside of Japan) and business stakeholders.
  • Data architecture design and platform decisions should be reviewed by Global team and JPN IT managers.

Applicant Eligibility

[MUST HAVE Requirement]

  • Minimum 5 years of Database, Data Management and Data Architect experience. (e.g., Data Lake/ Data Mart/ Data Catalog/ Data Governance Framework) 
  • Team Leader experience in Project Management in global context.
  • Basic coding skill of Python or SQL for data processing and querying.
  • Experience in designing and implementing interfaces such as ELT/API.
  • Experience in running data governance.
  • Knowledge in compliance, quality, cyber security and data privacy regulations.
  • Working experience in diverse organizations.
  • Experience in building back-end databases and data processing modules using Python/SQL etc.
  • Experience in Agile scrum.
  • Businees level of both Japanese & English 

[Welcome Requirement] 
  • Bachelor's level or practical knowledge and experience in statistics.
  • Experience with CRM data integration projects such as CDP.
  • Experience with statistical tools such as R/SPSS.
  • Experience with Design Thinking / Lean Startup / Agile Scrum

【賃金】想定年収 ~900万（経験・スキルに基づき決定）
