Then come and join our Malaysia team as Specialist - Master Data, and you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency and completeness of business partner master data and other master data in SAP and corporate systems. This role plays a critical part in supporting master data portfolio and operations of Accounting Center of Excellence (CoE) for all Healthineers organization within Hub Asia Pacific Japan (APJ).

Your Role:
  • You will be responsible for compliance of Healthineers master data policies and procedures 
  • You will be responsible for performing day-to-day master data operational activities based on targets and agreed processes defined. Monitor workflow in queues, and ensure all workflows are cleared in accordance with requirements defined 
  • You will be responsible to provide services to internal customer groups with proactiveness, collaborative and results oriented manners 
  • You will be responsible to handle queries and provide transparent and accurate feedback promptly & proactively 
  • You will be responsible for acting as the contact person to the customer regarding changes of processes, employees, new demands, etc 
  • You will be responsible for ensuring proper transaction recording and controls are performed for the processing activity by following established procedures and work instructions 
  • You will be responsible for identifying and implementing process improvements and best practices initiatives 
  • You will be responsible to contribute to career development, teams’ collaboration and high-performance culture.

Your qualification and experience:
  • You have degree in accounting and/or Finance, data management, and information technology
  • You have hands-on experience in SAP with strong understanding of master data processes, OTC processes and processes set up with 3-7 years in relevant function 
  • You have proven ability to build SOPs, strengthen governance, and drive process improvements 
  • You have strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills 
  • You have strong accounting knowledge, understanding of OTC process and operation controls

Your personality and skills:
  • Able to take charge and execute complex tasks to success independently and effectively.
  • Contribute team cohesiveness, high performance culture and build relationships. 
  • Effective communication and presentation to facilitate process of sharing information and knowledge.
  • Solid accounting background including understanding Siemens FRG and accounting instructions, closing letters etc
  • In depth knowledge and experience in accounting and finance requirements, cause analysis, communication, presentation etc
