We are looking for our new Order Entry Trainee. In this position, you can develop your skills in order processing, learn to ensure a brilliant customer experience, and be a part of the day-to-day operations of our global medical technology company. What kind of work tasks does the internship include?

Your tasks include handling and tracking customer orders, invoicing orders and maintenance work, as well as assisting with other tasks within the Order Entry team. Customer communication is handled via email and phone. Your task is to ensure that customer service runs smoothly throughout the entire process from order to delivery and customer payment. In addition to customers, the position involves keeping in close contact with Siemens Healthineers colleagues around the world.

The job requires some presence at our Helsinki office in the city center, but part of the work can also be done remotely from home.

What is expected from you?

• We hope you are self-initiative, precise, and show motivation to learn and deliver.
• You are a 1st to 3rd year student, for example at a university of applied sciences.
• You have good written and verbal communication skills in both Finnish and English.
• Previous work experience in similar tasks is not required; the most important thing is motivation to learn and a desire to offer exceptional service to customers.

We hope you can start your part-time internship around late August or early September 2026, while continuing your studies.

The internship will last for one year, with the possibility of extension.
