Then come and join our global team as Senior IT Project Manager (Agile) to drive the development of innovative digital customer solutions in Customer Service.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- You will lead one or more projects within the digital unit of Customer Service. These projects relate to digital solutions that are essential for the optimal delivery of our customer service, such as remote services, material dispatching, or machine data analytics.
- As an IT Project Manager, you will be responsible for all tasks of professional project management (including analysis, definition, execution, and closure), with the objective of limiting risks, leveraging opportunities, and ensuring project goals are achieved in terms of quality, schedule, and budget. This includes preparing decision papers, milestones, contracts, presentations, and reports, as well as carrying out professional risk management.
- Together with subject matter experts, you will consolidate the requirements of various stakeholders, bring together both technical and non-technical aspects (e.g. costs, suppliers, partners, cybersecurity, data protection, etc.) into a sustainable solution, and then implement the necessary measures with an international project team within our agile organization setup.
- You will report on project progress to a steering committee and to senior management. You will collaborate across the company with different business areas and central functions.
Your qualifications and experience:
- You have successfully completed a degree, preferably in engineering or business administration, with a focus on project management or information technology.
- You have more than five years of solid experience in project management, ideally with a focus on implementing company-wide IT solutions.
- You are proficient in various agile and traditional project management methods and can demonstrate this through relevant certifications (e.g. PMI or IPMA certification).
- You also have extensive experience in the IT environment and have acquired in-depth knowledge in the design, development, and operation of IT solutions, enabling you to engage in technical discussions on equal footing.
- You already have experience with agile organization setups, ideally also with the DevOps model.
- You have a broad toolkit for analyzing complex situations and developing solutions together with an international project team in a corporate environment.
- You always keep the long-term goals in mind when developing solutions, weigh options comprehensively, and arrive at sustainable decisions for our customers and the company.
- You have very strong interpersonal skills, negotiation skills, and assertiveness to develop and implement decisions across all professional disciplines and various hierarchical levels.
- You can demonstrate strong communication skills and business fluency in English – German language skills are an advantage.
- Your strong digital competencies in research, analysis, and the preparation of data and information help you efficiently identify and solve challenges.
