Then come and join our Malaysia team as Logistics Officer (OFR), we are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Officer (OFR) to join our regional Customer Service Logistics team. This role is responsible for managing end-to-end spare parts logistics operations, ensuring parts availability, coordinating international shipments, managing customs clearance, and supporting critical customer service activities across the region.

The successful candidate will gain exposure to regional supply chain operations, international logistics, inventory management, and healthcare service support while working closely with multiple stakeholders across ASEAN and global logistics networks.

Location: Malaysia (Supporting Singapore Operations)

Your Role:

Logistics & Order Management
  • You are responsible to manage end-to-end logistics activities, including purchase order creation, spare parts sourcing, shipment coordination, customs clearance, last-mile delivery, and return management.
  • You are responsible to monitor and maintain spare parts availability across Global Customer Service Logistics Centers and external logistics providers.
  • You are responsible to coordinate, expedite, and escalate critical spare parts orders according to established OPC guidelines to ensure uninterrupted customer support.
  • You are responsible to support tool deliveries and logistics coordination for field service activities.
Customs & Transportation Management
  • You are responsible to initiate, coordinate, and monitor import and export customs clearance activities.
  • You are responsible to eEnsure timely preparation and administration of shipping documents, permits, and customs approvals.
  • You are responsible to liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation providers to ensure smooth shipment execution and regulatory compliance.
  • You are responsible to monitor shipment progress and proactively resolve logistics-related issues.

Inventory & Warehouse Management
  • You are responsible to interface with warehouses and logistics service providers on inventory management, stock availability, inbound and outbound processes, and stock accuracy.
  • You are responsible to support inventory optimization initiatives and stock planning activities.
  • You are responsible to manage spare parts return processes to Global Logistics Centers, ensuring compliance with defined procedures and escalation of discrepancies where required.
  • You are responsible to support inventory audits, cycle counts, and process improvement initiatives.
Reporting & Performance Monitoring
  • You are responsible to monitor logistics performance against established KPIs and service level agreements.
  • You are responsible to prepare and maintain weekly operational, inventory, and logistics performance reports.
  • You are responsible to identify process gaps and recommend corrective actions to improve efficiency, service levels, and customer satisfaction.

Operational Support
  • You are responsible to participate in an after-office-hours standby rotation to support urgent customer and operational requirements.
  • You are responsible to support critical escalations and ensure timely resolution of logistics-related issues.
Your qualification and experience:

Education
  • Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Experience
  • You have minimum 4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, freight forwarding, warehouse operations, or related fields.
  • You have experience in spare parts logistics, healthcare logistics, medical devices, technical services, or customer service logistics is highly preferred.
  • You have experience managing international shipments, customs clearance, and transportation coordination will be an advantage.
  • You have experience working within a regional or multinational environment is preferred.

Technical Skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is preferred.
  • Good understanding of logistics operations, inventory management, customs processes, and transportation management.
  • Ability to analyze logistics data and prepare management reports.

  • Strong multitasking and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
