Apply now for the role of Contract Administrator. You will sit at the centre of the project lifecycle, coordinating seamless handovers between Sales and Project Managers and ensuring accurate project setup for our Medical Imaging business.

This role suits a proactive, digitally curious-minded finance or accounting professional who can work across multiple touchpoints and leverage data, reporting, and state of the art digital tools while having the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects in health care.

About the role

  • Coordinate project setup, purchasing, invoicing, financial compliance and quality checks.

  • Support Project Managers from project handover through to completion.

  • Establish and maintain projects within SAP

  • Coordinate internal order acceptance and project documentation.

  • Facilitate project reviews and lessons learned activities.

  • Support continuous improvement and digitalisation initiatives.

  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and governance requirements.

 

About you

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business, Commerce, Accounting, Economics, or related field.

  • Experience in commercial, finance, project administration, or project support roles.

  • Have an interest and experience in digitalisation and AI is preferred

  • Experience using ERP systems, preferably SAP

  • Strong organisational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities.

  • Hold working rights for Australia
