Position Title: Head of Commercial Operations

Department: Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics, Laboratory Solutions

Reporting Line: Head of Laboratory Solutions Division


Role Description
  • Deep analysis of business actual and forecast at micro individual account level (end-user level) as well as macro level. (e.g. market trend, share)
  • Identify the opportunities to make improvements for both business strategies and execution model, inc. PDCA, HPS, SWOT.
  • Not only analyze the data but also discuss the solution with LS leadership team to participate in business decision and leading the team.
  • Planning including MTA and MBR, product conversion, sales forecast.
  • Contribute to improve commercial excellence such as product conversion, CRM excellence, S&OP, Hoshin Kanri, Sales incentive, Sales program.
  • Collaborate with Marketing team closely to develop key marketing frameworks such as Market map, segmentation, positioning etc., and collaboratively develop BA plan and short/long team marketing/execution plan and business case from data analytic perspectives.
  • Execute the business plan with the analysis and achieve the target.
  • Drive commercial KPIs by working with sales organization and achieve the target based on deep account level analysis.
  • Lead DX/LS wide initiatives and DX/LS strategic project and ensure make them successful.
  • Work closely and collaborate with cross-functionally (DX, Japan Healthineers, LS HQ, Global Biz excellence team etc.)
  • Ensure achievement of targets & implementation of countermeasures, evolve LS business to the most attractive, lean, and effective organization.


Responsibility
  • Responsible for LS Japan business performance (revenue & margin)
  • Evaluation collarate with both individual performance and LS Japan business performance
  • Set and accountable objectives, KPIs, LS DX Hoshin Kanri
  • Strong ownership to make sure LS sales CRM operation is processed efficiently and flawlessly to achieve the business goal and make the commercial organization stronger in terms of execution. 
  • Ensure to be the hinge of DX/LS related functions inside/outside DX/LS org as Project Manager/ Leader.

Required Experience
  • 10 years’ work experience in healthcare industry preferably in IVD
  • At least 5 years’ experience in managing level
  • Stakeholder management in English / Japanese
  • Project lead experiences cross functionally
  • Business operation improvement lead
