Are you passionate about building meaningful customer partnerships and driving impactful healthcare solutions?

At Siemens Healthineers, we are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to help deliver innovative Diagnostic Imaging and Advanced Therapies solutions across the region; West Midlands, Staffordshire, Cheshire and North Wales.

In this role, you will represent Siemens Healthineers as a trusted partner to customers, supporting them throughout their journey—from early engagement through to long-term relationship development.

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. We believe diverse teams drive better outcomes, and we are committed to creating an environment where everyone can thrive and contribute authentically.

About the Role

As Regional Sales Manager, you will:

• Meet and exceed assigned sales and revenue targets across Diagnostic Imaging and Advanced Therapies
• Develop and manage long-term customer relationships beyond the procurement cycle
• Drive business development and identify new opportunities within your region
• Engage with procurement teams and navigate tenders and frameworks effectively
• Maintain accurate and high-quality CRM data
• Support projects and contribute to successful delivery and customer engagement

You will work across a well-established customer base, including NHS and private sector organisations, with opportunities to collaborate with leading clinical experts and academic partners.

What You Bring

We recognise that experience can be gained in many ways. If you meet some, but not all, of the criteria below, we still encourage you to apply.

• Experience in sales or a customer-facing role, ideally within the imaging or healthcare sector
• Alternatively, clinical or radiographic experience within imaging environments
• Experience working with public and/or private healthcare customers
• Exposure to academic or Key Opinion Leader environments is beneficial
• Degree or equivalent experience (formal education or professional experience both valued)
• Strong organisational skills, resilience, and ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and conflict management skills

Location & Travel

This role covers West Midlands, Staffordshire, Cheshire and North Wales. While a location within this region is preferable, we are open to candidates who can travel effectively within the territory.

Our Commitment to Inclusion

At Siemens Healthineers, we are committed to building a workplace where everyone feels valued and empowered. We actively encourage applications from people of all genders, identities, abilities, backgrounds, and life experiences.
