Then come in and join us as the Surgery Product Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the clinical adoption and market success of Siemens Healthineers’ cutting-edge surgical imaging and interventional therapy solutions. 

 
Your Role:
  • You will maximize Order, Market share, and customer satisfaction for surgical imaging and Interventional Solution.
  • You will develop ecosystem solutions in cross portfolio as integrated solutions of Siemens Healthineers product based on clinical pathway focus.
  • You will be the Clinical and Technical Expert for Siemens full-line sales force, prospects, and customers, including clinical expertise in surgical imaging and Interventional Solution.
  • You will collaborate with the Key Account Sales and Region Sales Team to achieve assigned business targets for number, units, margin, market share and activity.
  • You will develop and execute strategies and tactical plans to maximize installed base retention, competitive conversion, and overall win rate.
  • You will be responsible for developing good long-term customer relationships, and customer satisfaction and drive growth of Siemens advanced therapies business.
  • You will be responsible for interface directly with prospects to qualify potential opportunities, determine optimal system configurations, and generate quotations accordingly.
  • You will create and deliver customized presentations and demonstrations or site visits to prospects based on their clinical, operational, and financial needs.
  • You will update and actively participate in the generation of & delivering upon sales forecasts.
  • You will observe and share market/competitive information with the business unit for the purpose of improving market strategies.
  • You will ensure knowledge of and compliance with Company policies and quality processes.

Your Expertise:
  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Commercial sales experience in Surgical and Intervention business or Product Specialist of Imaging.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial healthcare Industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in English (both written and verbal) due to the requirements of the role.
  • Working Location: Indonesia, Jakarta City
