Apply now for the position of Quality Professional, and you will enable the organization to use quality every day, ensuring compliance and sustainable business success, based in City Casablanca, Country Morocco.

Your role:
  • You contribute to the achievement of quality and business objectives by partnering closely with the Quality Management network and cross‑functional stakeholders such as Project management, Procurement, Sales and Service.
  • You implement, maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System, ensuring lean, risk‑based, business‑oriented and user‑friendly processes, documentation, methods and digital tools.
  • You plan and execute quality audits to enhance transparency, effectiveness and efficiency, creating measurable business impact and supporting continuous improvement.
  • You ensure effective non‑conformance and CAPA management, enabling root cause analysis, preventive actions and sustainable improvements across the end‑to‑end customer journey.
  • You ensure compliance with internal and external requirements, including product safety, regulatory obligations and quality‑related communication with customers and authorities.
  • You actively promote a quality‑oriented mindset, sharing best practices, supporting competence development and contributing to agile and lean transformation initiatives across the organization.


Your expertise:
  • Several years of professional experience in Quality Management, preferably in a regulated environment such as medical devices, healthcare or life sciences.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Quality Management Systems and standards, including ISO 13485, ISO 9001 and applicable regulatory requirements.
  • Proven experience in audits, risk management and continuous improvement, applying structured quality methods such as CAPA, 8D, RCA and FMEA.
  • Strong analytical and digital affinity, with experience in quality data analysis, reporting and the use of digital solutions to drive transparency and decision‑making.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal stakeholders, customers and external authorities.
  • Fluent English & French communication skills
