The Role:
The Clinical Implementation Specialist is responsible for ensuring the effective functional execution of clinical projects and providing comprehensive support to users throughout the clinical implementation process.
- Conduct functional audits at customer sites.
- Define and assess clinical, operational, and financial objectives aligned with the assigned project.
- Develop a project timeline in collaboration with the client and manage progress to ensure timely completion; provide feedback when key milestones are not met.
- Co-create a change management plan with the client.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining required changes, optimization opportunities, and final engagement objectives.
Development:
- Provide expert input in the development of new materials and deliverables, ensuring alignment with the client’s specific needs and area of expertise.
- Design tools and methodologies to evaluate project performance and measure the benefits delivered.
Key Responsabilities:
- This role is accountable for delivering measurable results and driving impact through the following responsibilities:
- Resource Adaptation: Effectively adapt to meet project needs, with performance evaluated based on outcomes achieved.
- Issue Resolution: Proactively identify challenges and implement corrective actions to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Project Delivery: Ensure the timely execution of assigned projects, contributing directly to revenue generation within the region.
- Autonomous Decision-Making: Operate independently, making informed decisions regarding project organization in collaboration with the customer, while complying with established procedures and standards
What you need to bring:
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in the field of radiation therapy or oncology in general.
- Clinical Experience: RTT, Dosimetrist or Medical Physicist
- Strong knowledge of adult education techniques, project coaching, change management methodologies, and effective presentation skills.
- Fluent in Spanish/Portuguese & English (reading, writing, speaking).
- Proficiency in other Italian languages is a plus but not mandatory.
- Creative, self-disciplined and able to identify and complete critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
- Critical thinker, a good listener, with a clear, proactive, logical, analytical and results-oriented communication style.
- Able to maintain a broad strategic view while paying close attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously.
